Sheila Robinson

Sheila manages the showroom and general store operations. She is originally from a small town in southwest Minnesota, but moved to Minneapolis after graduating from Southwest State University in Marshall, MN with an Associates Degree in Office Administration. She and Kent purchased the Abbey Carpet franchise business in 1990. After ten years in Honeywell’s purchasing department, she joined Abbey ‘s small business team. 

Sheila loves spending time with her family, including watching her daughter, Alexis, play volleyball for UND.

Kent Robinson
Owner

Kent has been in the flooring business since 1980. As a licensed remodeling contractor, he is able to manage all aspects of your remodeling project, from obtaining permits from the city to working with insurance companies. Kent loves to design projects listening closely to the customer’s needs. He loves to make the house exactly as the customer dreams., matching colors and textures as well as working with lighting and changing spaces to make them more functional and inviting. 

Kent is a Christian Businessman who follows his moral upbringing. He loves camping, fishing, watching and playing volleyball, and participating in couples bible studies, as well as leading a youth study. He and Sheila have been married for 23 years.
